Avsoft Digital Technologies understands the importance of your privacy and is committed to protecting it at all times. This Mobile Privacy Policy applies to users of the 'Saleox Restaurant Billing App' through Avsoft.
This Policy describes how the 'Saleox Restaurant Billing App' may collect, use, and share information from or about you, and explains how the information may be shared or used to facilitate restaurant point-of-sale management, digital invoicing, kitchen ticketing, and operational services.
Gathering, Using and Sharing: Information that We Collect
All Information collected shall only be used to provide the user with the best possible restaurant point-of-sale and business administration services.
From time to time, we will use your information to provide you with improved services and information about additional services, as well as to comply with applicable laws and regulations – but we will always use that information responsibly.
Information that you voluntarily disclose, such as your restaurant name, proprietor/contact person name, business address, phone number, email address, tax details (e.g. GST/VAT), and your outlet location information.
Login session tracks (with your permission) to diagnose server issues, identify printer disconnects, and administer our app. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable.
We maintain procedures to ensure accurate information and to respond in a timely manner to your requests to change or correct information. This gives us an idea of which parts of our application users are visiting and facing issues.

Storage Permission
READ / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGEThis permission is required to save digital bills, invoice PDFs, receipt archives, and daily sales closure / Z-reports locally on your device, as well as to upload restaurant logos, menu item photos, and company assets for custom receipt branding.
Bluetooth & Nearby Devices Permission
BLUETOOTH_SCAN & BLUETOOTH_CONNECTThis permission is required to discover, pair, and communicate with external Bluetooth hardware peripherals, including 2-inch and 3-inch thermal receipt printers, Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) printers, and mobile POS ESC/POS devices.
• Used strictly to stream formatted bill lines, barcodes, QR receipts, and cash drawer kick signals to printers.
• Zero Location Tracking: Saleox does not use Bluetooth for continuous geolocation monitoring or user marketing analytics.
READ_SMS or RECEIVE_SMS permissions. User login authentication and verifications do not access private inbox messages.
Security Measures
The Information shall not be shared with any external organisation. This application has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and/or alteration of information under our control.
The data resides behind a firewall; we protect the information you provide us in several ways as the database is secured on our own servers. Permission is not provided to third party application to read the user data.
User IDs and Passwords are used to help safeguard access to your information through the 'Saleox Restaurant Billing App'. As always, we strongly encourage you to assist us in that effort by not sharing your User IDs and Passwords with anyone.
Data Retention & Account Deletion Requests
We retain merchant billing records, item catalog listings, and transaction tallies for as long as your restaurant subscription is active. In accordance with Play Store policy, merchants may request the export or complete deletion of their account records at any time.
To initiate an account or data purge request, contact our team with your registered restaurant credentials at support@avsoft.co.in. Requests are verified and fulfilled within statutory timeframes.
